Inside one print run: from spool to sealed box

What actually happens between us hitting print and a box turning up at a Flipkart warehouse.

1. Design and test fit

Every model goes through at least three physical prototypes. We measure real pens, real cables, real phones — not spec sheets.

2. Slicing and tuning

Layer height, wall count, temperature and cooling get tuned per model. A tall thin part needs different settings than a wide flat base.

3. The print itself

Small batches, printed to order. A single pen holder takes several hours. Nothing is rushed, because a rushed first layer shows up as a wobble on the finished piece.

4. Finishing

Supports removed by hand, edges deburred, base checked flat on a granite square. Anything with a visible blemish becomes a test piece, not a product.

5. Packing

Minimal recyclable packaging, then off to the marketplace. When you order on Flipkart or Amazon, you are getting a unit that has been in our hands.
